Ail is an alien who takes on the persona of Seiijuurou Ginga and lives with his "sister" in Juuban Odyssey Apartments. He develops a crush on Usagi, and constantly tries to win her over, much to Ann and Mamoru's dislikes. Ail uses his flute to summon Cardians, allowing Ann to select which one he will summon.
