Azuki Nagamitsu

A tachi forged by Nagamitsu, a swordsmith of the Bizen Osafune school. It is said to have been the cherished blade of Uesugi Kenshin.

While there are various theories regarding the origin of his name, he claims it stems from an incident in which a single azuki bean struck his blade and split neatly in two. He is as nurturing and attentive as a childcare provider—and a skilled sweets artisan to boot—though his favorite apron doesn't quite seem to suit him.
