Balance Art no Otoko

A young man in a hoodie. He is the second member of the Loomers to make an appearance in the film, and he has a knack for sneaking up behind a target without making a sound and breaking the target's neck to kill it. He has a strong desire for self-expression, and considers murder to be an art form. When he kills Kano and Takabe, he is chastised by the luma man for leaving their corpses to look like Rodin's thinkers
