One of the gems who mainly does patrol duty. They're partners with Diamond. Bort is a diamond-class gem whose hardness and toughness are top level. They are a calm yet ruthless warrior who excel at battles and are obsessed with combat. The other gems call them a "battle maniac".

Bort is an efficient and analytic fighter, often pointing out the flaws in the other gems' tactics in a blunt and straightforward manner. This causes them to be seen as cold and scary to the others, but also to be respected, looked up to, and seen as reliable. Despite their harsh personality, they do have a softer side.
