A merchant who ranked up as Qin's Right Chancellor. Shortly after he is introduced, it is revealed that he is planning to keep his army in Wei until Zheng Ying dies, then storm Qin's capital of Xianyang, denouncing Jiao Cheng as a tyrant and taking the throne for himself.
