Cassandra is one of the Major Arcana in Delilah, his tarot card is the High Priestess. His duties as Head Priest include orchestrating an initiation process known as the Ritual of Rebirth. During this ritual, Cassandra is able to view all the past events of a person's life. He can also use his psychic abilities to hypnotize people.
