Jeremy Bernstein, also known by his codename Chaos, is a retired member of the Hero Clan as well as a former member of the clan's Special Forces, the clan's most powerful of elites gathered for their combatant prowess as he once the strongest hero in District 17: Dust City before his powers started declining with age and overwork. He is also the older twin brother of Rebecca Bernstein, also known as Highnoon
