Charlotte Munchausen

Lotte is a German transfer student with an interest in Japan and a desire to capture its "spirit". She wears a boy's uniform, is interested in karate and at dresses as a maid for a couple of days at one point when Sumi convinces her that doing so is an important part of Japanese culture (as she was asked to by Ushio, who finds Lotte adorable). Her catchphrase is "Ossu".
