Chifuyu is the vice-captain of the First Division of Tokyo Manji gang and Baji's best friend.
He is the first one to get to know about Takemichi's time leap ability. After that, he regularly helps Takemichi to think about saving the future.
Takemichi sought his help in order to team up and face Kanto Manji, the newest Mikey's gang. He also demands that their team should be called Thousand Winters. Chifuyu also made the uniforms.
