Chisato's father & Riju's grandfather. He works as director of an inn. He looks very similiar to Chisato and much younger than his actual chronological age. He was strongly against Chisato and Shunsuke dating initially as he thought it created an uncomfortable situation for Riju to have his father and best friend romantically involved.
