Cross Val Vol Yelvori

A dispatch officer of the Simurian refugees who have come seeking a home at Earth, Cross is the younger twin brother of Marulu. Unlike his older brother, who believes that they can coexist with humanity, Cross believes the only way their people will be safe is by going to war with Japan.
