Kakuta Eiji is the Captain of Kyoranki's Special Attack Forces. Formerly a member of Kilihito's 6th Generation, Nikaku was overthrown and sent to juvenile detention with other members of the Leadership. Due to a workout addiction, he has an absurdly large muscles.
