Eita Otoya is a contender in the Blue Lock Project. When first introduced, he was ranked #4 during the Third Selection and later played both right wing and right-back for the Blue Lock Eleven in their match against Japan’s U-20 team. He played as a right winger for Spain’s FC Barcha during the Neo Egoist League.
