Erik Zacharis

Colonel Zacharis was in the East's Military Intelligence Division during the war and played a major role in ending the war. He previously owned the Lady In The Sun painting that holds a clue to the location of the Zacharis Dossier, rumored to contain information that could "reignite the war."
