Fjodor Gergiev is the Supreme Leader of the Republic of Zirnitra, who came to this position after overthrowing the previous government. He announced "Project Mechta" in September 1960, a plan for his country to send the first human into space in response to the United Kingdom of Arnak's "Project Hermes" .
