Goto Saiki

He is a surviving member of the Saiki clan of half-Oni exterminated by Kiri Nanaya. He is present at the Tohno mansion as a representative of the Tohnos' relatives. When questioned by Shiki as to why he is lingering in the mansion after his official business has been completed, he claims there is nothing unusual about him being present in the house.
