Han-Sekai no Mahou

A mysterious and extremely powerful Majik that appeared 15 years before the present day. He is considered the Mantinel Witches Association's greatest enemy, despite the witches knowing almost nothing about him, and is feared for his power to "warp out" chunks of the world itself in the blink of an eye, leading to the issuance of S-Tier Majik warnings to witches should they ever encounter him.
