The owner of Shishido Heights Real estate. He is too kind and can easily trust complete strangers, much to the irritation of his daughter. He becomes friends with Punpun and offers him a job opportunity at a real estate business. He also likes to collect manekineko dolls.
Coincidentally, the flat that he asks Seki and Shimizu to clean is the one that Punpun later rents to live in.
