He is a new student in class 1-F. Hikaru is first shown as a quiet and shy individual, being polite when introducing himself. He has a brotherly loyalty for Hotaru, his twin brother, going as far as to assume his identity and name to make friends for him as he is hospitalized. He later becomes a member of the supernatural studies club.
He is a witch of Rui's set, having obtained the Charm power, the same power that Nene had.
