She's Nozomi's childhood friend since elementary school and also a owner of the underground fighting organization for women.
Ichika used to be a Detective with the "Anti Organized Crime Unit", but got "reassigned" to the "Juvenline Division" after beating her Boss half to death. In reality they just want to keep her on a leash to restrict her and keep her close.
She believes that the world is a man's world so she tried keeping her mouth shut and letting her actions speak.
