Iruka Okazaki is a figure skating athlete who accompanied Riina Kojo who helped host the opening ceremony of the Chuubu Block Tournament. She is also an A Class Star Skater who goes to Kankyou University High School.
Iruka acts coldly towards Inori, but secretly has quite a soft spot for her.
