Issei Tomine

A charismatic young wine critic. He was approached by Yutaka Kanzaki during his lifetime and challenged him to a battle for his vast wine collection. He is Shizuku's rival. He is very proud and often acts arrogantly, but he has dedicated his life to wine and maintains a stoic attitude that surprises those around him.
