Itsuki Suwabe

Itsuki Suwabe is a character from the third and fourth seasons of Cardfight!! Vanguard. He is the vice president of Miyaji Academy's student council and by the end of fourth season he becomes the president. He is often left to create or execute plans to end Aichi’s Cardfight Club while occasionally spying on the club's activities and reporting them back to Naitou. (Source: Cardfight!! Vanguard Wiki)
