Jinn

Jinn is a cyborg who was in the team "Rogue Out". His power, Wind Rage, is a type of Ether Gear that uses wind similarly to a typhoon. Jinn likes his sister Kleene and dislikes any man that approaches her. After Rogue Out, he works under Drakken Joe with his sister, Kleene.
