Jiroubou Seigen Tokitou

Jiroubou Seigen Tokitou is one of the people involved in the Adra Castle incident of Lord El-Melloi II Case Files. Jiroubou was from a Japanese Magus Family that practices Shugendō Magecraft, who were in turn a smaller branch family to a much older clan of Magi.
