The Famine Devil is one of the four horseman devils.
She is a member of the Devil Hunter Club at Fourth East High School, although she hides her identity. She tells Asa to call her Kiga, and refers to herself as "War Devil's big sister". Her earrings resemble scales.
In Chapter 198 her true identity is revealed as the Death Devil, having adopted the Famine Devil's name while in the human world.
