Kiyoka is a Novice skater from Yamabiko FSC. Since she was young, she has captivated retirees around her to the point they shower her with gifts. She has a natural gift for skating, recovering quickly and building new choreography in a flash. In one Novice B event, the wrong music was played but she still skated and one first place.
