Kiyoshi Tanigawa

He was a researcher at a desert suit company, but was persuaded by Junko Asagiri to steal confidential data and go on the run. He was captured by the West Oasis government intelligence department during a fight with assassins sent by the company, but later joined the anti-government forces.
