Kongou Yotsurugi

He served as the previous boss of the Yotsurugi Family until his passing. On his deathbed, he named Hibaru Yotsurugi as his successor. In the Showa era, particularly in the Kanto region, Kongo was highly esteemed by the locals and earned the nickname "The Asakusa Bullet".
