Ryuunosuke Mogumo's childhood friend who frequently takes care of them. Kotone is very attached to Mogu and doesn't want them to be anything besides a girl, directly clashing with Tetsu and how he supports Mogu being non-binary.
She eventually comes to terms with her identity as a lesbian.
