Koutarou Higashino

Koutaro Higashino is the track team's star member, earning him the nickname "Dash." After losing a race to Handa in middle school, Dash developed an obsession with Handa, following him to his high school to seek revenge. However, he is too intimidated by Handa to ever challenge him.
