Instead of Kim Min-soo who only commits acts of destruction, he rules over the district and gives orders to his colleagues as his proxy, giving a strong impression of being Kim Min-soo's right-hand man. He seems to get along well with his colleagues with his joking attitude, but he is hiding something.
