Libre is a Snake Human and has a long body with green scales and yellow eyes. He wears a Jiangshi hat and has a black and purple Kararagi uniform with red ribbons. Libre wields a sword with both blades at both ends of the hilt. Libre is able to regenerate lost limbs due to his ancestral blood being from the Serpent Tribe.
