Raxfer Sinclair is the son of the Elder, Reagan Sinclair and one of only 3 of his children that have been recognized by his father.

Raxfer is seen as a polite and friendly man when meeting new people or talking with other fellow heroes. However, upon seeing unapproved actions or villains, he attains a menacing aura and twitches his hands while standing silently. He can stay surprisingly calm even when a knife was being held against his throat.
