A capable lieutenant who assists Supreme High Commissioner Bemlarze. She has the authority to understand Bemlarze’s will and give orders. Her decisions are always cold-hearted. Although she has many political opponents, there is no one in the Federal Government who can openly express his opinions to Darya. Bemlarze has been nearly assassinated many times, and each time she has risked her own life to protect him.
