Mafuyu Aoki

He is a surfer who meets the Oni-Baku while attempting to ride a wave on Shōnan Beach, immediately joining the Oni-Baku's group of friends. He constantly teases Onizuka and never misses an opportunity to embarrass him, as he reminds him of his brother who died trying to ride a huge wave. His tanned body is covered in scars and he has several unusual jobs. His biggest dream is to be able to tame Aileen, the wave that killed his brother.
