A man accompanying Wekapipo to take out Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli. His stand, 20th Century Boy, gives absolute protection to his body from any outwards harm, even things like drowning, as long as his hands are connected to the ground.

Magenta Magenta is described as having a gross, gravelly voice, and he has several nasty habits like licking his own snot. His and Wekapipo's names are both references to the songs of same name by the Japanese rap-group SOUL'd OUT, who are known to be fans of JoJo, and performed the credits song "Voodoo Kingdom" for the JJBA: Phantom Blood movie.
