An extraterrestrial belonging to the Simurian race, Marulu is a representative of his people - who are planning to emigrate to Earth as refugees. His most notable feature is the third eye in the middle of his forehead (covered with a patch when he needs to blend among humans), and powers that are similar to Jujutsu Sorcerers.
