Masakazu Shibe

Masakazu is Makoto Shibe's father. He was a City Councilor member, and was thus very well-off.

He is initially characterized to be a "scum bag". There have been scandals where his female secretaries have been subjected to workplace, as well as sexual harassment. He was even accepting bribes from some businessmen and antisocial organizations. He also handed out money during the election. He then covered everything up, and even handed out a heart sum to cover up some more big scandals. It was revealed in chapter 122 that Masakazu Shibe is the boss of Tomodachi Game.
