The owner of Coffee Angel, the coffee shop where Gabriel works part time. He is often bewildered by Gabriel's behavior, but assumes it is just because she is a foreigner. He is quite proud of his house blend. To attain his signature flavor and fragrance, he uses five different types of coffee beans.
