Mayuka Masaki is Tenchi Masaki's biological daughter from the future. For most of the second Tenchi movie, it is unknown who her mother is. Her mother is the demon Yazuha. The movie Mayuka is from is generally not considered to be canon in any of the Tenchi universes.
