Born into a distinguished military family, Milsiril has an extremely introverted and gloomy personality, and is obsessed with dolls and puppets. She dislikes other elves due to being bullied and teased in the past.
She was so disgusted by the incident at Utaya that she retired from the Canary corps, and now lives as a hermit in the mountains, far away from other elven settlements.
She is the adoptive mother of Kabru.
