The Commander in Chief of Deca-dence. Calm, composed, and cerebral, he is irreplaceable in the fight against the Gadoll, as he is in charge of game plan building to emergency decision making. He has known Kaburagi for a long time, and still worries about him, despite Kaburagi having retired from the battlefield.
