The leader of a group of bandits that attempts to steal the L-Gaim on Koam. Despite getting her arm cut off by Daba she tries multiple times to steal it from him.
Lilin is eventually killed by one of her own subordinates, and Gavlet Gablae, a man who seeks to join the Poseidal military becomes their new leader.
