Mysterious Neco Z is a Neco Spirit parody of Merlin residing in Ahnenerbe Chaldea in Fate/Grand Carnival. He seems to be the leader of the Neco Spirits at Ahnenerbe Chaldea. His design is based on Merlin. His ears and tail resemble Fou's, unlike how other Neco Spirits' are more catlike.
