Nadeshiko has a very freedom loving and stereotypically American personality due to her fascination with the United States, this was due to her finding and watching a VHS tape of a group of American Children acting in contrary to her family's strict traditional Japanese customs. She does not seem to be able to speak English despite her love of America.
