Nariaki Aoto

A police sergeant at the Otonari Police Station and a former member of the Metropolitan Police Department. He is very calm, collected, and skilled at his job. However, in the past, he was demoted due to a wrongful conviction. While he pursues the truth, he believes that police officers should pursue facts, since truth can be subjective. He is divorced and has a daughter who lives with his ex-wife.
