Chloe is the son of Violet and Marquis Piast. He grew up in the imperial family as the son of David Franz and Violet, but 17 years ago it was revealed that he had been born out of wedlock, resulting in Chloe and Violet being banished from the empire. They currently reside in Croa.
He is Aria's biological father. After finally reuniting with her mother, Carin, after desperately searching for her for the past 17 years, the two get married.
