A tall beautiful woman with a tattoo on her cheek, Pitohui is a player in Gun Gale Online and LLENN's first friend in the game. She is a veteran GGO player and is a mysterious person whose only secret is that she is a gun enthusiast who uses a different gun every time she plays.

It is later revealed that her real name is Kanzaki Erza.
