The leader of Pinout, Busan's most widely known and feared gang, he is a rebellious youth who wanders the area aimlessly, beating down any attempts of organized crime to form within his area whenever possible. An unquenchable fury burns on him from being abandoned twice, by both his biological and adoptive parents, and the killing and maiming of those he had dearest by the hands of Oh Do-Hwa.
